Saïd Business School (SBS) is part of the University of Oxford, one of the world's top universities. It is named after its chief benefactor, Wafic Saïd, and is famous for its MBA, MSc Financial Economics, MSc Law and Finance, and DPhil Management Studies programmes.
The Financial Times and Bloomsberg Business Week rank the SBS MBA third in the UK, while the average GMAT score for admission in 2016-17 was 692, one of the highest in the UK. It is one of the only business schools in the UK which enrols more than 250 students during a single intake.
Its MBA programme tackles global issues faced by businesses in the 21st century and is designed around three themes that shape today's business environment: global rules of the game, entrepreneurship and responsible business. The School also offers a part-time 'Executive Master of Business Administration' degree for professionals with more than five years management experience.
Saïd Business School was ranked the best business school in the UK in the 2017 Times Higher Education awards.
