Scholarships at University of Southampton

The University of Southampton is proud to offer our new Southampton Presidential International Scholarships. 

You can apply for this scholarship if you are an international student starting your course in 2023 and will study for:  

• an undergraduate degree 

• a postgraduate master’s degree 

What you can get

In total there are 25 scholarships available. If your application is successful, we may award you with:  

• £10,000 off your tuition fees 

• 100% off  

Eligibility

We will only consider applicants who have an offer to study at the University of Southampton.  

You must: 

• be paying your own tuition fees 

• need to pay the overseas tuition fee 

You must not be in receipt of any external scholarship 

The Southampton Presidential International Scholarship is not available to students studying:  

• on PGCert, PGDip, Foundation or PGR courses

• on Distance Learning courses

• with a partner institution 

• at our campus in Malaysia

• on continuing professional development (CPD) courses

• undergraduate courses in the Faculty of Medicine and the School of Health Sciences 

• only pre-sessional English – pre-sessional English students with an offer to study at undergraduate or postgraduate level can still apply
